PEHL 142 - Stress Management3 CR The purpose of this course is to expose students to a holistic approach to stress management in order to enhance their wellness. Students will gain understanding of the relationship between the mind and the body, learn to approach stress effectively, and optimize their quality of life. The learning activities of the course are both theoretical and experiential. Ultimately, students will learn to prevent and/or alleviate the physical symptoms of stress.
Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® reading score of 244, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 or ENGL 151 .
