MATH 130 - Statistics3 CR
A study of basic descriptive statistics, introduction to probability, probability distributions, sampling theory, hypothesis testing, analysis distributions, sampling theory, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, and linear correlation and regression. Students are required to have a graphing calculator. Specifications will be made by the instructor. Lab Fee
Prerequisites & Requisites: (1) ACCUPLACER® reading score of 60, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 (AND) (2) ACCUPLACER® college algebra score of at least 65, or ACCUPLACER® elementary algebra score of at least 85, or 1 course from MATH 102 , MATH 105 , MATH 111 , MATH 112 , MATH 115 , MATH 118 , MATH 119 , MATH 125 , MATH 130, MATH 132 , MATH 140 , MATH 141 , MATH 142 , MATH 241 , or MATH 242 with at least a grade of C.
