INT 40050 - Hydraulic Fluids 0.33 CR
The correct type of fluids must be used to achieve the desired results from a hydraulic system. If the right fluid is not used the equipment may malfunction. In this module, the student will learn how to select the proper fluid for the hydraulic system, how to store the fluid, and how to keep the fluid clean.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Perform maintenance functions safely.
- Investigate different production methodologies and their importance in manufacturing.
- Develop preventative and prediction maintenance programs.
- Identify and install individual components used in pneumatic circuits
- Identify and install individual components used in hydraulic circuits
- Maintain/repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
