INPF 15031 - Read and Interpret Piping Blueprints 0.25 CR
The pipefitting student will identify and label the various symbols used in pipefitting blueprints pertaining to pumps, flow direction, tanks, vessels, and associated connection methods.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Distinguish the various views for a third-angle projection.
- Differentiate between detailed, assembly drawings, and cross-sectional blueprints.
- Construct a third-angle projection from provided prints.
- Identify drawing numbers, parts, and measurements.
- Identify piping blueprint symbols.
- Select specific items located on various piping blueprints.
- Extract information from blueprints.
