INPF 15041 - Troubleshooting with Blueprints

The pipefitting student will interpret the blueprint reading cross-sectional views and troubleshooting manuals to determine the proper repair and needed parts.

Course Learning Outcomes:
  1. Distinguish the various views for a third-angle projection.
  2. Differentiate between detailed, assembly drawings, and cross-sectional blueprints.
  3. Construct a third-angle projection from provided prints.
  4. Identify drawing numbers, parts, and measurements.
  5. Identify piping blueprint symbols.
  6. Select specific items located on various piping blueprints.
  7. Extract information from blueprints.
