 |  JOUR 112 - News Writing 3 CRStudents will study and practice the fundamental principles of gathering and writing news for online, newspaper, and broadcast media. The emphasis is on accurate observation, ethical reporting techniques, and the writing and editing of news for common understanding by mass audiences. Some story assignments will be published in The Bruin, the campus newspaper at Kellogg Community College.  Lab Fee
 
 Requisites: Take ENGL 151  with at least a grade of C.
