PSYC 290 - Social Psychology3 CR Social Psychology is the scientific study of how people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors are influenced by the actual or imagined presence of other people. The course helps students understand their own thoughts, feelings and actions, and the social contexts that influence them. They learn how applied research in social psychology can help improve physical and psychological health, how it can be used in different professions, and to help address a variety of social problems.
Requisites: Take PSYC 201 with at least a grade of C.
