PEHL 113 - Wellness Activity: Weight Training

One-third of the course is devoted to fitness and wellness concepts to promote healthy lifestyles. An individual exercise program will be developed with and for each student for purposes of weight loss or gain, bodybuilding, general wellness, or for participation in athletics or recreational sports. Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® reading score of 244, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 .

Additional Information: Course may be taken twice for credit toward graduation.
