CRJU 201 - Criminal Investigation3 CR
This course will provide instruction in the techniques of discovering, collecting, recording, processing, and preserving evidence. Included will be instruction on evidentiary considerations in the investigative functions, preliminary investigation techniques, witness interviewing, death investigation, suspect identification procedures, crime scene research, recording the crime scene, collection and preservation of evidence, fingerprinting, child abuse and sexual assault investigation, narcotics investigation, utilizing informants, surveillance techniques, and special tactical operations.
