CRJU 114 - Physical Training 12 CR This course is designed to teach students the information and skills necessary to stay fit for duty and for life. The course content includes fitness and wellness concepts to provide a healthy lifestyle. Students will participate in a variety of activities designed to improve the cardiovascular system, muscular strength, and flexibility.
Additional Information: Passing score on the MCOLES Fitness Test and Program Director approval required.
