BUEN 112 - Entrepreneurship: Assessing Your Readiness

This course introduces the student to the basic knowledge and skills necessary for small business success. The student will use self-assessments, reflections, and idea and resources exploration to determine their personal readiness for starting and running a successful small business. Lab Fee

Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® reading score of 244, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 
Course Learning Outcomes:
  1. List and understand essential qualities necessary for entrepreneurial success.
  2. Identify and evaluate the methods of entering an entrepreneurial venture to include starting a new business, buying an existing business, and operating a franchise.
  3. Identify key resources and networking opportunities to assist entrepreneurs.
