MATH 125 - College Algebra 4 CR Topics included are polynomials, fundamental theorem of algebra, relations and functions including rational functions, logarithmic functions, exponential functions, inverse functions including graphing, and applications of each relation and function.
Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® quantitative reason score of at least 250, or Next Gen ACCUPLACER® adv alg and functions score of at least 237, or MATH 105 with at least a grade of B, or one (1) course from MATH 111 , MATH 112 , MATH 125, MATH 125C , MATH 132 , MATH 140 , MATH 141 , MATH 142 , MATH 241 , or MATH 242 with at least a grade of C. Understand the concept of functions, related properties, and rate of change

4. Recognize and use basic transformations for graphing functions
5. Solve equations and inequalities related to functions
6. Solve system of equations in two and three variables
7. Model real world situations using functions and system of equations
