INT 30170 - General and Special Purpose Greases 0.17 CR
Grease is a solid or semi-solid lubricant made up of a liquid lubricant and a thickening agent. The longevity of certain production equipment is maintained through the strategic use of grease.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Perform maintenance functions safely.
- Describe the hazards associated with electro-mechanical systems and how to protect themselves from these hazards.
- Explain the function of different electro-mechanical systems found in manufacturing.
- Describe how lubrication systems function and describe their importance in equipment maintenance.
