INT 30150 - Additives, Lubricating Action, and Bearing Lubrication 0.08 CR
As machinery becomes more complicated, speeds, pressures, and temperatures increase and the need for better lubrication practices become evident. To improve the effectiveness of many lubricants, various additives have been developed.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Perform maintenance functions safely.
- Describe the hazards associated with electro-mechanical systems and how to protect themselves from these hazards.
- Explain the function of different electro-mechanical systems found in manufacturing.
- Describe how lubrication systems function and describe their importance in equipment maintenance.
