INT 30070 - Couplings 0.17 CR
Knowing how to properly level a power transmission coupling can save a company a great deal of money and lost production time. The couplings will last longer if the leveling is very precisely done. In this module, the student will learn various methods to level a power transmission coupling.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Perform maintenance functions safely.
- Describe the hazards associated with electro-mechanical systems and how to protect themselves from these hazards.
- Explain the function of different electro-mechanical systems found in manufacturing.
- Describe how lubrication systems function and describe their importance in equipment maintenance.
