INPF 20051 - Piping Connections 0.33 CR
The pipefitting student will learn the various piping connection methods used in the piping field.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of pipefitting tools, equipment, and measuring devices.
- Explain nominal pipe size and schedule.
- Identify pipe fittings.
- Associate fitting construction to pressure reduction.
- Name types of pipe by the material of construction (MOC).
- Identify types of piping connections.
- Construct a pipe assembly using various types of pipe and connection methods.
