INMT 15020 - Geometric Dimensioning Tolerance 0.33 CR
The manufacturing worker must effectively and efficiently interpret the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing symbols universally used on engineering drawings. This module will provide the student with information necessary for the development of these skills and abilities as they apply to understand GD&T symbols and feature control frames on blueprints.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Explain common drafting techniques, terminology, and symbology used with technical drawings.
- Relate graphical representations of geometric shapes and surfaces to physical objects.
- Determine dimensional limits of individual part features.
