1. Demonstrate the techniques needed to develop supervisory skills.
2. Explain better methods to having tasks accomplished by employees.
3. Explain the importance of how the supervisor should model behaviors rather than simply dictating orders.
4. Explain how the supervisor must develop soft skills and develop knowledge of human behaviors and potential problems in the workplace such as substance abuse, and safety violations.
