INHR 65011 - Water Treatment 0.42 CR
In this module, the HVAC-R student will cover the common water problems encountered in heating and cooling systems and identify various water treatment methods and equipment.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Explain the Importance of water treatment and how it directly affects the proper function and long life of HVAC-R-related equipment.
- Explain how to test the water as it relates to HVAC-R equipment.
- Describe the impact of poor water quality on HVAC-R equipment.
- Demonstrate the proper way to inspect, evaluate, clean, and maintain HVAC-R equipment as it relates to water quality and water treatment.
