INEL 45050 - Special Equipment and HVAC 0.33 CR
This module will teach the student about the purpose and operation of HVAC Controls. The student will learn the fundamentals of power factor correction and the equipment used.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Interpret building plans, specifications, electric service, and electrical drawings.
- Discuss transformer theory and calculations Identify power distribution systems and their unique connection characteristics and connections.
- Determine appropriate transformer sizes for various projects.
- Identify common signaling systems and their appropriate application.
