INEL 15040 - Devices and Symbols 0.25 CR
Electronic devices and symbols are important in the study of electricity and electronics. In this module, the student will learn how to distinguish between different electrical symbols specifically ampere, volt, Ohm, watt, and the devices used to identify them.
Course Learning Outcomes:
- Interpret basic electrical diagrams.
- Assemble electrical circuits from diagrams and analyze information taken from the circuit.
- Demonstrate proper meter usage and safety practices.
- Identify how theory applies to real-world situations after observing various interactions between electrical components in differing connection schemes.
