PE 171 - Yoga Pilates Fusion 2 CR This course will fuse the Pilates method of body conditioning with the basic postures, breathing techniques, and other practices of Yoga. Additional skill and cardiovascular development obtained within the two-credit section of this course. [0-32-32] Lab Fee
Additional Information: Course may be taken twice for credit toward graduation. Course Learning Outcomes:
- Apply different tools to assess physical fitness components.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for physical fitness activity.
