                  LITE 105 - Introduction to Literature 3 CR   Studies in critical reading and appreciation of the major forms in fiction, poetry, and drama. Required course for English majors and minors.  
  Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® reading score of 244, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 . General Education Requirement: Personal and Cultural Engagement - General Education Core  Michigan Transfer Agreement Requirement: Humanities and Fine Arts Course Learning Outcomes:  
	- Demonstrate familiarity with literary concepts and devices within various genres.
 
	- Practice close readings of various literary texts in writing and class discussion.
 
	- Write persuasive interpretations of various literary texts.
