INST 15010 - Pressures in Liquids and Gases

In the process control system, there are many ways for the Instrumentation Technician to determine the status of the process.  In this module, the student will learn the principles of pressure in liquids and gases.

Course Learning Outcomes:
  1. Understand the fundamentals of a solenoid valve, digital pressure gauges, and differential pressure transducers.
  2. Understand the principles of pressure in liquids and gases.
  3. Solve pressure gain and loss calculations.
