ANTH 200 - Introduction to Anthropology 3 CR Adapting to varied and changing environments is examined through the cross-cultural study of social institutions, technologies, and ideologies. The implications of different ways of life for the understanding of human behavior worldwide are also considered.
Requisites: Next Gen ACCUPLACER® reading score of 244, or at least a grade of C in TSRE 55 . General Education Requirement: Critical Thinking - General Education Core Michigan Transfer Agreement Requirement: Social Sciences Course Learning Outcomes:
- Evaluate primary sources relevant to religion, including written materials, artifacts, works of art, performance and oral traditions.
- Explore the major texts, key figures, significant traditions and important themes in polytheistic and monotheistic belief systems.
- Investigate the historical and contemporary relevance of religion.
